Happy Thanksgiving Week, sweet readers!
Can you believe this time of the year is already here? I am so thankful that as a teacher I get the whole week off to visit with family & friends (and get time for a little R&R). I hope you spend all, or at least some, of your week relaxing and enjoying family too!
In the spirit of fall and all things turkey here is a cute, lil’ DIY project my mom and I have done the past few years; DIY acorns.
You will need:
-real acorn tops (finding/hunting for these outside is the fun part!)
-small felt balls (click here for a link to these)
-hot glue gun
Then, get glue’n! These little acorns are so sweet to have sprinkled around your fall decor, or to give as a gift. They look pretty cute tied up in a little clear gift bag — a sweet, unique Turkey Day hostess gift.
Happy craftin’ & THANK you for reading along — I truly am thankful for all the readers that visit The Summer Wife throughout the year!
This is so cute!
